A festive program dedicated to the opening of the “Russia” National Centre branch in Primorye is taking place in Vladivostok. The opening ceremony was attended by Consuls General of the Republic of Belarus, Igor Sokol; the Republic of Uzbekistan, Yusup Kabuljonov; Vietnam, Nguyen Viet Kien; India, Siddharth Gaurav; and the
